At the monthly Bay Creek Neighborhood Association Meeting on Thursday, April 13th, Jim Winkle, acting as facilitator, introduced the agenda:
* Tricky Foods: a chance to address questions or concerns regarding the project (Therese Merkel)
* Introduction of Officer Turner Kirchberg, the new liaison officer from MPD for our neighborhood. (Kirchberg)
* Alder report. (Tag)
* Updates from committees: Planning & Economic Development, Transportation, SMPC liaison, Contact Person, Newsletter, Welcoming/Recruitment, Web, etc.
* Should BCNA upgrade our Zoom account from Pro to Business, or consider switching to GoToMeeting or some other meeting platform, to benefit from automatic transcription of recorded meetings for the purpose of producing accurate, archived meeting minutes?
(Carrie)
Jay Jurado asked that his agenda item from last meeting that wasn't covered should be returned to the agenda this month, so Jim added it in after the committee reports:
* Report on a proposal for refining BCNA record keeping (attendance, items discussed, votes taken) discussed at the February meeting. Report will present discussions held after the meeting and recommended next steps. (JJ)
There was no quorum, and no formal action was taken beyond the discussion of agenda items.
Kirstin Bloy agreed to facilitate the next meeting, and then a motion was passed to adjourn the meeting.
